Welcome to Wami Media. By accessing or using the Wami Media mobile application, website, or related services (“Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. About Wami Media

Wami Media is a district-first digital media platform providing:

News and local updates
Events and noticeboard information
Government contacts and schemes
Business listings and promotions
Community engagement features

Wami Media is operated by Dzentral Media Private Limited, Karnataka, India.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or use the Platform under parental/guardian supervision. By using the Platform, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.

3. User Accounts

Some features may require registration. You agree to provide correct info, keep login credentials secure, and be responsible for account activity. We may suspend accounts for misuse.

4. News & Information Disclaimer

While we aim for accuracy: Information may change, errors may occur, and users should verify critical matters independently. Wami Media does not guarantee completeness or real-time accuracy.

5. Government Information

The Platform may display Officials directory, Helplines, Schemes, Tenders, and Public notices. Unless explicitly stated, Wami Media is not a government entity and is not officially affiliated with any department.

Government information may be sourced from public websites and official communications. Users should verify decisions through official channels.

6. User Generated Content

Users may submit news tips, events, notices, listings, and feedback. By submitting, you confirm you own the content, it is lawful, and it does not infringe on rights. Wami Media may review or remove content at its discretion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Spread false information• Post hate speech / abuse• Harass others• Upload illegal material• Impersonate officials• Violate laws or spam

Violation may result in suspension or legal action.

8. Business Listings & Advertising

Businesses are responsible for accuracy of claims, pricing, legality, and customer dealings. Wami Media may remove misleading advertisements.

9. Payments & Refunds

Fees are non-refundable once service is delivered. Pricing may change anytime, and taxes apply where required.

10. Intellectual Property

All platform branding, logos, designs, and original content belong to Wami Media / Dzentral Media Private Limited. Reproduction is prohibited without permission.

11. Privacy & 12. Availability

Use is governed by our Privacy Policy. We may modify or discontinue features anytime without notice; uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.

13. Limitation of Liability

Wami Media shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of business, data loss, reliance on third-party info, or user-generated content.

14. Termination & 15. Changes

We may terminate access for violations. Continued use after Terms updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction shall lie in Karnataka courts.
