Akka Café inaugurated by Min Hebbalkar at Malpe

State's Women and Child Development Minister and Udupi district-in-charge minister Laxmi Hebbalkar inaugurated a new Akka Café at Malpe Beach here on Saturday. The café was opened as part of the Sanjeevini scheme under the National Rural Livelihood Mission in collaboration with the Udupi District Panchayat. It will be operated by an NGO based in Kalianpur and will be completely managed by women workers.
